Introduction of PPGI steel coil :
PPGI steel coil is a new type of building material that has been rapidly developed in the world in the past 30 years. It is refined by chemical pretreatment, primary coating, color coating and other processes on a continuous unit. The coating quality is much more uniform, stable and ideal than that of single-piece spraying or brushing on the formed metal surface.Color coated steel plate usually the galvanized steel,GL after surface treatment on their surfaces coated with a certain thickness of the adhesive coating or layer of organic film,after curing,become a color plate,with excellent corrosion resistance,molding,decoration in the building,home appliances,light industry,transportation and other industries widely used as an ideal composite material.Pre-painted steel coil / Color coated steel coil, is the products coated steel sheet (galvanized , zincalumed , cold plate , etc.)after surface chemical treatment (degreasing , phosphating , and chromium hydrochloric acid passivation and coated (rolled) with coatings , again baking to forming .And it is produced by printing or baking paints onto the surface of cold-rolled steel or GI or GL sheets.That features a wide range of colors and patterns which are commonly used to make the exterior of buildings and consumer electronics products look more polished and sophisticated.
