The used coatings including polyester, silicon modified polyester, high-durability polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride, epoxy and high corrosion-resisting coating are widely used for building, transport, home appliances, solar energy, furniture, etc. It is mainly used as the side door plate of refrigerators, and shell of DVDs, air conditionings, freezers, and washing machines.Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil is featured by excellent decoration , formability , corrosion resistance and strong coating adhesion , the color coated steel plate can keep the novel color for a long time .Therefore , the color coated steel plate can obtain good economic effects such as replacing wood with steel , efficient construction , energy consevation ,pollution prevention , etc. ,and become an ideal material for manufacturing building plates today .And it used GI as its based material,The common coating ways are double coating with double baking,triple coating with triple baking.Due to its paint coating , it performances better in corrosion compared With GI.
