Process Flow Of Hot Dip Galvanizing
Pickling:The steel parts are first pickled to remove iron oxide from the surface.
Rinsing:After pickling, wash with water to remove residual acid.
Add coplating solution:After cleaning, a coplating solution is added to prepare for the galvanizing process.
Drying:Moisture is removed from the surface of the parts through a drying process.
Mount plating:Hang the prepared parts on the hanger and dip them into the molten zinc solution.
Cooling:The parts are cooled after removal from the zinc solution.
Medicalize:The adhesion of the coating was further enhanced by drug treatment.
Cleanse:Finally, wash to remove any chemicals that may remain.
Polish:Polish products that require improved surface finish.
